Congratulations to recent BCB graduate Tim Jacobs from the lab of Brian Kuhlman! Tim has been selected to receive the 2017 Dean’s Distinguished Dissertation Award in the area of Mathematics, Physical Sciences & Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Graduate School. His selection for this award is truly an honor.
Tim will be recognized and presented with a plaque at The Graduate School’s Annual Graduate Student Recognition Celebration on April 20th at the George Watts Hill Alumni Center. BCB Faculty and Students are encouraged to join in the celebration as well and honor Tim’s accomplishment. He will also receive a cash award with this honor.
